    My fees are always competitive. When enquiring about fees it is important to keep in mind that the lowest fees don’t guarantee you walk away with the highest amount from the sale of your property. With 20 years of negotiating skills I ensure that your bottom line is healthier. A low-cost agent may not have the negotiation skills to achieve the highest possible sale price so in the long run they may cost you more. To make the most out of your property you’re looking for a good negotiator, not a low-cost agent.
  • I don’t want to pay for marketing, the other agent is paying?"
    Marketing is an investment to maximise the sale price of your property. Skimp on the marketing and you risk getting less than the best possible price. Effective marketing ensures we have done everything possible to achieve the highest potential price that someone is willing to pay. If an agent pays for your marketing they will need to get their money back so the temptation is there to sell your property at any price not the best price.
  • How long will it take to sell my house?
    There are many factors that affect the time it takes to sell your property. Pricing, presentation and marketing strategy are all huge contributing factors in length of time on market. Whilst we will do all we can to sell your house quickly our focus is always to get the best result. In some markets this may mean it takes longer to find the right buyer for your property. We generally sell significantly quicker than the industry average for the areas we in which we specialise.
  • When is the best time to sell?
    Although you’re eager to get your home sold and want to dive in quickly, sometimes waiting a couple of weeks can make a crucial difference. We work with you to ensure that your house is launched onto the market with the best timing, avoiding times where there is usually lower interest from buyers. Typically the best sales are made when interest is higher in the first few weeks after listing, while your home is new to the market. So getting the timing right is critical.
