Q: How long will it take to sell my house?

 

A:  There are many factors that affect the time it takes to sell your property. Pricing, presentation marketing strategy are all huge contributing factors in and length of time on market. Whilst we will do all we can to sell your house quickly our focus is always to get the best result. In some markets, this may mean it takes longer to find the right buyer for your property. We generally sell significantly quicker than the industry average for the areas we in which we specialise.
